In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR) and on the free movement of such data and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD, in Spanish initials), you are hereby informed that personal data and information provided through any online form on this website will be stored in a personal data file belonging to Neovantas Consulting, S.L., the controller, with offices at Calle Fernández de la Hoz, 33, 28010 Madrid and Tax Number B85337608. This data will be processed in order to respond to requests for information, assess your suitability for employment opportunities, or provide any other response in accordance with your reasons for contacting us.

By accepting this Privacy Policy, the user provides their express consent to process their personal data, with their consent being the legitimate basis for such processing. If you do not wish for Neovantas to access your data, you should not send it to us.

Neovantas adopts the appropriate levels of security required by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD and in accordance with the nature of the data that is subject to processing at all times. Despite this, there can be no absolute guarantees regarding technical security on a medium such as the internet, and there will always be the possibility of malicious behavior by third parties, even if all measures are put in place to prevent such actions.

All online contact forms on our website request the user’s express consent and acceptance of this Privacy Policy. In accordance with Article 21 of Law 34/2002, 11 June, on information society services and e-commerce (LSSI, in Spanish initials), you are hereby informed that, by accepting this policy and providing your data, you authorize Neovantas to send communications by e-mail to inform you about news, events, and information of interest relating to Neovantas’ services.

Your data will be treated as confidential and in accordance with Spanish and European personal data protection legislation. We also inform you that your personal data will not be supplied to third parties. The fields in our online forms are voluntary, with the exception of those marked with an asterisk (*), which are mandatory. If you do not respond to mandatory fields, Neovantas reserves the right to not process incomplete forms. The use of these online forms and/or the sending of e-mails requires the user’s express consent and authorization for Neovantas to process their personal data.

Should you send us your CV using one of the online forms on our website, you must provide your consent and authorization to process your personal data. In such circumstances, your CV and the personal data you provide will be stored in a file, which will be duly recorded in Neovantas’ Register of Processing Activities, and you will be able to exercise your rights in accordance with the provisions below. The legitimate basis for processing your personal data is your consent, which can be revoked freely and voluntarily at any time. Your data will be processed in order to process your application for employment and manage the hiring process and, if necessary, participation in various selection trials.

Any user who so wishes has the right to receive confirmation about whether Neovantas is processing their personal data. Similarly, in specific circumstances, it is possible to request that the company stop processing your data. In such circumstances, your data shall be saved only to process or defend itself against claims.

Equally, users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, opposition, portability, suppression, or limitation in accordance with the relevant provisions of the GDPR and the LOPDGDD by sending a written request to do so, either by post to Neovantas Consulting, S.L., Calle Fernández de la Hoz, 33, 28010 Madrid, or to the following e-mail address: info@neovantas.com, including the user’s full name, address for notification purposes, copy of ID and the right that they wish to exercise. Similarly, if the user believes that their request has not been handled in a satisfactory manner, they have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Neovantas may modify this Privacy Policy, for example, as the result of changes to legislation. If such modifications are made, the date at the top of this page will be changed to reflect this.
