STRATEGY PROJECT SUCCESS CASE

Neovantas carried out a project with a key collection management services provider for leading financial organizations in Spain and Portugal.

The aim of the project was to design a new strategic model for managing and assigning portfolios, in order to concentrate larger amounts in fewer files, and thus lay the foundations for creating a Data & Business Intelligence department. This new methodology made it possible to develop three key aspects of the business:

  • Proactiveness: the company addresses customer problems, provides solutions, and creates added value in their operations.
  • Systematics: the company has implemented a structured systematic, based on the new collection strategy.
  • Positioning: this model has led to a significant leap in the perception of their analytical and business management capabilities in the eyes of their customers (financial organizations).

The project led to a fundamental change in the entire collection management model which resulted in increased efficiency and the client ranking 1st against the competition in its main portfolios.
