The selection of our professionals is based on technical requirements related to our own activity as well as on personal skills particularly relevant to us. While reviewing the documentation you provide us with when applying for a particular position, we will analyse your qualifications, skills as well as your entrepreneurial thinking, intercultural sensitivity and interpersonal communication skills.

Our selection model is divided into the following stages:

  • Mandatory: CV
  • Optional: cover letter, transcript, language certificates, referrals

Our HR department will evaluate your application based on your academic performance, professional experience, international exchanges and personal motivation.

Personal interview

In order to know each other better, we will carry out a personal interview where we will assess:

  • Your qualifications and skills such as entrepreneurial thinking, intercultural sensitivity and interpersonal communication skills.
  • How you fit in with Neovantas’ values and culture.

Technical and competence analysis

At this stage you shall develop a practical case and will be interviewed by one of our associates.

Assessment on how the candidate fits into the firm

This last step consists on a personal interview with one of the firm’s partner to check that your professional profile coincides with our firm’s values.

The estimated duration of the selection process will be 2-3 weeks.
